#152: Journal with me
I've written down how I'm feeling every day for the last year.
Last year, journaling kept me sane and allowed me to practice articulating my thoughts and feelings.
Writing down how I'm feeling in each moment helps me to separate myself from my thoughts.
It allows me to notice patterns of behaviour.
Next week I'll be journaling every morning and I'd like to invite you to join me and others.
Every morning, I'll open a zoom room and we'll spend 30 mins together journaling.
You can join for one minute or thirty.
Every day, or one day.
Come along, spend some time reflecting on how you're feeling and do it with others.
This is the mental health gym and I'll be in there every morning next week.
If you'd like to join me and others from the Sanctus community journaling next week, then add your email address here.
If you've already seen this, ignore me and I'll see you next week :)
With love and community,
James x
