For the last month i’ve been breathing life into something new ❤️
I’ve been bringing together an online mental health community.
I’ve been keeping it small and intimate, with 500 people willing to test things out and come along for the ride.
I’d like to invite you to join the community and test the product with me too :)
You can sign up here, all you have to do is enter your email address.
What it is:
It’s an online mental health community where we use journaling to prompt you to reflect and share your experiences ✍🏼
You have the choice to keep your entry private or share with others 💭
You get an email at 8am every weekday ⏰
A new journaling prompt every day 🧐
You see the entries and responses of others to kickstart your own reflections 💌
You can share in text and with photos too 📸
Think Strava for mental health
So far:
We have 20-30 entries being written a day
95% of members are sharing publicly
Our community is 580 people
Our members are journaling for ~7 mins
50% of people who land on the Journal complete their entry.
Many people are uploading images as a way of expressing themselves
I’d love you to join us and be part of creating something new ❤️
Sign up with your email and you’ll get an email at 8am every weekday with a new journaling prompt and the stories of others.
It’s fun creating something new and scary too, I must admit I am VERY excited by this and where it could go, I think we have the potential to make something really accessible for people to get started on their mental health journey and a safe space online that creates a community that people can really belong to and not feel alone with their mental health.
I’m excited, scared, nervous and all the rest, but it feels cool to be here sharing it with you as I would love many of you to join, get involved and tell me if you think it’s rubbish 😃
If you’ve got any questions, fire away, if you don’t please join!
With love,
James x
p.s next week I have to write about my family tree.
