Like the Sufi poet Rumi advocates - a place 'out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing... I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass the world is too full to talk about.'
It's a place we go to decompress and find our way back to ourselves before going on to realise that we ARE the field and free to get back on the bus at any time, using it for its many benefits without having to get sucked back into it's many intoxicating pitfalls.
I run a podcast called We Won't Die Wondering. I'd love to have you on and both of us dive in and explore and unpack more on this if you felt called sometimes... Not with the intention of getting anywhere. Just to kick back and hang out in that metaphorical field a while and see what comes of it! ☺️🤷🏼♂️👣

Very evocative... you've just reminded me that I am supposed to be instigating better phone habits and will actually start the shameful process of seeing how many hours it currently is and then looking for my own versions of the little girl and/or emergency stop button, probably going to turn notifications off and make the app icons greyscale as a start point hehe
